The 2025 Northern California District Exchange Club Convention, held at Feather Falls Casino & Lodge in Oroville, brought together members for a weekend of connection, insight, and inspiration. Region 1 VP John Blythe and Region 12 VP Paul Greatsinger offered valuable updates and guidance on national initiatives, while Kristen Wilson and Ray Carlson presented key business reports. Highlights included keynote speaker Jacob Wells, Battalion Commander with CalFire, who shared powerful perspectives on leadership and service. Educational “Express Sessions” and group brainstorming on recruitment and retention energized attendees with fresh strategies. The celebration continued at the banquet dinner, where the Youth of the Year and A.C.E awards honored outstanding young achievers, followed by the installation of new district officers. With camaraderie, meaningful dialogue, and renewed purpose, the 2025 convention exemplified the heart of Exchange.
